NERR Coaches vs. Cancer Challenge Update
It was three weeks ago today that we announced, in collaboration with the American Cancer Society, the return of the NERR Suits and Sneakers Challenge.
These fundraisers have raised over $30,000 in recent years to help in the battle against cancer and this year that mission is more important than ever with numerous events put on hold over the course of the last two years.
Our goal remains to get 50 or more schools to host their own fundraisers in conjunction with a home basketball game. If each school raises just $500 we will be able to reach our collective goal of raising $25,000 for the American Cancer Society.
Participating programs will be promoted throughout NERR's various media platforms while Coaches vs. Cancer will provide individual websites for each school to raise money, wristbands for all players, and t-shirts for those who raise over $100 each.
Interested programs can contact us to be put into direct connection with a representative from the American Cancer Society who can help coordinate your event and fundraiser.
Additionally, if you already host a Coaches vs. Cancer fundraiser, you don't have to change a thing, but can still be coordinated with our platform by just letting us know.
