NERR Announces First Ever Junior Elite 75
The New England Elite 75 Showcases have quickly developed into the premier brand of one day showcases in the region. First it was the original Elite 75 Showcase which originated in 2006 and has since become a staple of the yearly calendar as every August the top 75 prospects in the region converge on one gym.
This past fall we introduced the Frosh/Soph Elite 75 which gave the top underclassmen in New England an opportunity for early exposure.
Now comes the logical progression…the Junior Elite 75, which will host the top middle school players in the region. But this showcase will have an added twist as it won’t just be about early exposure. Additionally, the participating players will also participate in advanced skill development training sessions and also hear from current top prospects about what it takes to continue to develop your game and what to expect once you get to high school.
The first ever Junior Elite 75 will take place on Saturday, April 11th at Boston University and is open to boys in grades 6-8. The top performers from the showcase will receive an invitational to attend the Hoop Mountain National Junior Elite Camp in July.
As always, participants at the elite 75 showcases are selected by an invitation only basis, but we want to hear from you and so we are already accepting nominations. If you know of someone who deserves the chance to play at the Junior Elite 75 please nominate him be emailing Adam Finkelstein at [email protected].
