National Prep Championship Brackets Announced
The field and brackets for next week’s National Prep Championships were announced on Tuesday.
Once again, the event will return to Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, which is also the home of the National Prep Showcase each November.
This year’s eight team field will consist of Brewster Academy, Fishburne Military School, Hargrave Military Academy, IMG Academy, Putnam Science Academy, and St. Thomas More School. The New Hampton School was not able to be considered because of a school wide commitment next week.
Quarterfinal action will begin on Tuesday, March 4th as Fishburne Military School and Northfield Mount Hermon tip off at 10am followed by IMG and Hargrave at noon. Two NEPSAC rivals will meet at 2pm as Brewster faces South Kent while an all Connecticut clash will round out the today’s action at 4pm.
Winners will advance to Wednesday’s semifinal action at 11am and 1pm, with the finals taking place later that night with a 7:30pm tip.
