Vasic is a six-foot-seven big man who came to Lee Academy by way of his home country in Serbia.
He’s a versatile big man with a strong body and inside-out tools. He’s comfortable with his back to the basket with good poise and the ability to pass off the post. He also has some developing tools facing the basket and is well schooled on how to play within offensive structure.
Vasic is the third Serbian product to commit to Minot State in the last four years, joining rising senior Lazar Boskovic and rising sophomore Steven Jovanovic. Graduate assistant coach Dusan Radivojevic is also Serbian.
Minot State competes in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Athletic Conference and awarded Vasic a full scholarship.
