HoopHall Prep Showcase tips next weekend
Martin Luther King Jr. weekend is always an exciting time for high school basketball in New England as the Spalding HoopHall Classic is annually considered the best high school basketball event in the country.
This year, the HoopHall Classic has a new sister prep event, the HoopHall Prep Showcase.
Tipping off next Friday, January 17th, at American International College, less than two miles from Springfield College's Blake Arena, the inaugural HoopHall Prep Showcase will welcome 49 different prep teams for the nation's biggest prep school event.
The field features many of the top programs in the country including IMG Academy, Hargrave Military Academy, Putnam Science Academy, Woodstock Academy, Sunrise Christian Academy, Northfield Mount Hermon, Don Bosco Institute, Golden State Prep, New Hampton, Vermont Academy, CBD Montverde, Spire Institute, Cushing Academy, and numerous others.
