Elite 75 Academic Experience returning March 13th

Last year’s inaugural event, held on the campus of Wesleyan University, was a great success as it not only featured a talented crop of prospects for academic leagues but also paired traditional Elite 75 exposure opportunities with seminars and discussions designed to help parents and families navigate the competitive world of academic recruiting.

Discussion topics included the Ivy Academic index, the NESCAC “tip” system, financial aid and much more. Players even heard from two graduating college athletes who both had to choose between a Division I scholarship and acceptance to a prestigious academic school.

Below are some of the highlights:

This year’s events will include all of those features and more. In fact, with a staff that is comprised entirely of high academic college coaches, the Elite 75 Academic Experience will provide unprecedented levels of exposure as participating players will have a chance to work hand in hand with the coaches who are evaluating them.

Coaches from the following schools have already committed to working the event – Amherst, Williams, Hamilton, Colby, Connecticut College, Trinity, Bates, Tufts, Middlebury, Bowdoin, Rochester, Union and Clarkson.
Additionally, coaches from other NCAA schools will be invited and provided with a complimentary coaches’ packet including contact and academic information for each registered prospect.

Another added benefit this year is the presence of NERR-TV, which will record the action on all five courts and offer each participant the chance to purchase a professionally made and personalized highlight video to be added to their NERR profile and also displayed on the NERR-TV page.

In short, we are making every effort to make sure this is the pre-eminent academic event in the northeast with unrivaled exposure, competition and information.
