Chuck Hare Commits to Holy Cross
Just recently, Kingswood-Oxford/Project Triple Threat 2024 6’10” center Chuck Hare committed to Holy Cross for the 2024-25 season. He also received an offer from Division II powerhouse New Haven this past August.
Hare has an impressively high motor for his size. He regularly shows an ability to finish with touch around the rim. On the defensive end of the floor, he offers reliable rim-protection.
Competing with Kingswood-Oxford, Hare played a major role in the team’s 16-win season last year, offering frontcourt size to an extent that is almost unmatched at the NEPSAC Class-B level.
This past summer was when he really got his name more on the map, earning standout honors at the 2023 Andrew James Lawson Invitational and the 2023 Hoop Group New England Jam Fest with Project Triple Threat.
Hare is currently ranked 24th in the state of Connecticut on NERR’s Class of 2024 Rankings, and he is set to make a major impact this season for Kingswood-Oxford in NEPSAC Class-B. Can’t wait to follow his progress throughout the next chapter of his career with the Holy Cross Crusaders.
