Caleb Middleton Commits to New Hampshire
Just a couple of weeks ago, Brewster Academy Prep/BABC 2024 6’11” big Caleb Middleton committed to the University of New Hampshire to represent his home state at the Division I level.
Though starting out in the NHIAA for his first year, he has been a key contributor for a few different big time prep basketball programs throughout his high school career.
He began his prep career by transferring to New Hampton School and reclassifying to repeat his freshman year. This was where he began garnering offers from Bryant, DePaul, Siena, FIU, and Iowa.
He was on our radar early on, earning a spot on the NERR Elite 75 list after his standout performance at the Elite 75 Frosh/Soph showcase. He also earned All-Tournament First Team recognition for his performance at the 2021 Northeast Hoops Festival.
Middleton then transferred out of the region to Western Reserve Academy in Ohio, continuing to collect offers from Fairfield, and finally New Hampshire.
This past summer, Middleton announced that he would be transferring back into New England, and back to New Hampshire specifically, but it would be for the state’s other NEPSAC-AAA team: Brewster Academy.
So far this season, Middleton has continued to impress. He stood out at the National Prep Showcase at Albertus Magnus College the day before he announced his commitment to the Wildcats.
It will be exciting to follow Caleb Middleton as he represents his home state of New Hampshire at the highest collegiate level…
