Brown Goes South for Guard
Christian Gore, a six-foot-three guard from Franklin High School in Texas, made a verbal commitment to Brown on Tuesday.
Gore, who ran with Danny Granger Elite on the AAU circuit, was given a mid-major rating of 85 by ESPN and is described as a scoring guard who shoots the ball well from the perimeter but can also make athletic drives to the bucket.
The El Paso native selected Brown over a wide variety of other Patriot and Ivy League programs according to Rivals.com.
Gore joins Massachusetts native Joe Sharkey in Brown's 2011 recruiting class.
