B.C. Goes West for Another

Only a day after receiving a commitment from highly regarded prospect Ryan Anderson, Boston College landed a commitment from another west coast prospect in Lonnie Jackson.

Jackson, a six-foot-three shooting guard, is known as a big time shooter with deep three-point range and a high basketball I.Q. and should consequently be well suited for the system employed by B.C. head coach Steve Donahue.

Jackson is the fifth player to commit to the Eagles in the class of 2011 and the third from the state of California, joining Anderson and six-foot-eleven center Kyle Caudill.
