2025 Frosh/Soph #E75 List Drop Pt. VI
Today's Frosh/Soph release features some key names who made the list last season and one new name with upside to watch for…
Aiden Richard, Tewksbury (MA): The lone newcomer in today's Frosh/Soph reveal, Richard has the potential to be a big name in the MIAA this winter. The freshman guard brings a great blend of speed, pace, and feel to the floor. He scores the ball at a solid clip both downhill and on jumpers, while bringing vision to make plays for others.
Aidan McGrath, Thayer (MA): McGrath makes the move to budding ISL powerhouse, Thayer Academy, this fall following a massive season at North Quincy HS. The freshman forward can get physical to finish inside the lane for dunks, while bringing spacing to the floor as he can step out to knock down threes.
Daniel Wheeler, Macduffie (MA): The incoming Macduffie sophomore had a big season at Longmeadow High School this past winter, driving the team to the playoffs in the MIAA. Wheeler will be one to watch at Macduffie as an off-ball shooter who knocks down shots at a good clip and anticipates the next play.
Eric Figueroa, Brooks (MA): Joining the Brooks School this fall, Figueroa will be a name to keep an eye on for the reigning Class B champions. At 6'8", Figueroa brings a unique ability to put the ball on the floor, shoot it from deep, and use his body very well to score in the post.
Patrick Costello, Rivers (MA): Following the graduation of some key seniors, Costello will be expected to take on a pivotal role for Rivers this season. The 6'4" wing is a known threat to shoot the ball from outside, as he served as a strong shooting option for Rivers last season. His ability to get above the rim is another notable aspect of his game, along with his wing playmaking.
