2024 Wings to Keep an Eye On at the #S16

We will be talking about some 2024 wings to watch at this weekend's #S16 at Connecticut College and the surrounding CT shoreline area.

Khalil Badru 6’4 (Team New England/Newman School): Badru is an athletic wing who can make spot-up treys and stay in front of smaller opponents defensively. He currently holds a Division One scholarship offer from Central Connecticut State.

Logan Murphy 6’4 (Rise Above Basketball/Tabor Academy): Murphy is a heady wing who consistently spaces the floor, makes timely cuts, and even helps out rebounding. He recently was on a visit to Tufts.

Jaiden Glover 6’6 (New York Jayhawks/The Patrick School): Glover is a big wing with length, athleticism, and floor spacing ability. The top 150 national prospect currently holds offers from schools such as Villanova, Maryland, and Illinois.

Jayden Colon 6’6 (Mass Rivals/Bradford Christian): Colon is a smooth wing with positional size and upside shooting three-pointers. He was part of a Bradford Christian squad that made the 2023 National Prep Championship Final Four.

Austin Hunt 6’4 (Middlesex Magic/Milton Academy): Hunt is a skilled wing who plays above the rim and knocks down open three-pointers. He has made an early commitment to Harvard.

Connor O’Leary 6’4 (Project Triple Threat/Glastonbury HS): O’Leary is a multi-level scoring wing who hits treys off the catch and overpowers defenders for physical layups. He helped lead the Guardians to 14 wins this past high school season.

Abdur De Leon 6’4 (Connecticut Elite/St. Thomas More School): De Leon is a good-sized wing who makes spot-up three-pointers and mid-range shots off the bounce. His NEPSAC Class AAA experience has helped him take on a bigger role with CT Elite.

Raphael Tawil 6’4 (Rens United/St. Andrew’s School): Tawil is a cerebral guard with floor vision and shotmaking ability from beyond the arc. He led Scholars Academy in Queens, NY to City and State Titles this past high school season.
