2024 New England Prospects to Watch at #NEHF Part Two
The annual Northeast Hoops Festival tips off this weekend. We will be highlighting various prospects throughout the week to keep an eye on. Next up is part two on some 2024 New England prospects.
Tristan Rodriguez 5’11 Guard (ASA Hoops/Archbishop Williams): Rodriguez is a versatile scoring guard who also has enough playmaking ability to provide some on-ball value. He earned CCL All-Star honors this past high school season.
Lenny Tangishaka 6’3 Wing (Bay State Jaguars): Tangishaka is an explosive wing who gets downhill and defends multiple positions. He earned ALL-NEPSAC Class A Honorable Mention honors this past prep school season.
Makai Coleman 6’0 Guard (New Haven Heat/Newtown HS): Coleman is a southpaw guard who can hit three-pointers off the catch or dribble. He earned First Team All-SWC honors this past high school season.
Pierce Walston 6’0 Guard (Black Bear North/Orono HS): Walston is a two-way playmaking guard who can also stretch the floor from long-range. He was a key component of Orono’s recent MPA Class B State Championship team.
Anthony Chinn 6’4 Wing (New England Storm/Bridgton Academy): Chinn is a good sized wing with versatility on both sides of the ball. He helped lead Pinkerton Academy to 23 wins this past high school season.
Najimi George 6’3 Wing (DTX Basketball/Kolbe Cathedral HS): George is an energetic wing with bounce and soft mid-range pull-up touch. He earned CIAC Division One All-State honors this past high school season.
