Reeves & Duke Return to the Upside Podcast
It was one year ago that David Duke Jr. and A.J. Reeves were the first guests of a revamped Upside Podcast. At the time they were seniors at Cushing Academy and Brimmer & May School respectively. The longtime grassroots teammates were both committed to Providence College at the time and spoke about their hopes and expectations for their future college career.
A year later, both are off to a fast start to their college career. Duke was named the Co Pre-Season Freshmen of the Year in the Big East while Reeves opened his college career with a record setting 29 point performance against Siena after leading the Friars in scoring during their foreign tour to Italy over the summer.
In their return to the Upside Podcast, which was recorded earlier this week at Providence College, they talk about their season to date, the challenges that come with being a freshmen, and their goals for the rest of the season.
