Mobley Makes his Pick

Posted Thursday, October 15th, 2015

Tommy Mobley proved himself a division I player within the last year.  He was a starting guard for a BABC team that won Division A in the Nike EYBL, led the prestigious grassroots league in three-point shooting for a good portion of the season and ultimately landed his first division I offer this summer. Yet, on Tuesday, Phillips Exeter Academy head coach Jay Tilton announced via twitter that Mobley had committed to Amherst College pending acceptance of his early decision… READ MORE >

Posted Thursday, October 15th, 2015

Brewster Academy big man Jack Lieb brought an end to what was turning into a very busy recruitment on Wednesday with a verbal commitment to Lehigh. Lieb came to Brewster from Deerfield High School in Illinois where he missed all but five games in his senior season after suffering a torn ACL the summer before. This summer he ran with the Illinois Wolves in the UAA and established himself as a low to mid-major priority, while also attracting some interest… READ MORE >

Prep Profile - Brewster Academy

Posted Wednesday, October 14th, 2015

It’s a down year at Brewster Academy…or at least that’s what the Bobcats’ skeptics would have you believe. No, there may not be a multitude of four and five-star national prospects and Jalen Adams and Donovan Mitchell aren’t sharing the ball in the backcourt anymore, but 90+ college coaches have still found their way to Wolfeboro in the last six weeks so there must still be plenty of talent in the program. In reality, the Bobcats still have as much… READ MORE >

Prep Profile - St. Thomas More

Posted Thursday, October 8th, 2015

Under the leadership of head coach Jere Quinn, St. Thomas More is always a program to be reckoned with and in recent years has made a habit of over-achieving. While the Chancellors always end up in contention, this year there seems to be a little extra firepower on the roster. In fact, in many ways the team is reminiscent of the 2011 squad that featured current Detroit Pistons star Andre Drummond and Louisville swingman Damion Lee. This year’s big man… READ MORE >
