The 9th annual Scott Hazelton Basketball Camp hosted over 100 kids at Greater Lawrence Tech in Andover for the first of four days of camp on Monday. On the heels of updated rankings in the class of 2016, today NERR rolls out updated rankings in New England’s rising junior class. One aspect of Mustapha Heron's game that he doesn't quite get enough credit for is his endurance. New England is well represented this weekend in New York City for the "Big Strick Classic," an all-star game welcoming top prospects from around the country, played in honor of streetball legend John Strickland The weekend got underway on Friday with media sessions in the morning followed by a scrimmage at the famous Dyckman Park. Jack Stevens made a verbal commitment to Holy Cross on Tuesday. The six-foot-ten big man had starred for the Kent School and Metro Boston in recent years, picking up scholarship offers from the likes of Army, UMBC, Appalachian State and Kennesaw State by the end of the July evaluation period.
