National Prep Showcase Schedule Announced

For the fourth consecutive year the nation’s best prep school tournament is coming to New England.  The match-ups have been set for the National Prep Showcase and it looks to be a very exciting weekend of play as the top teams from around the United States and Canada will go head to head with each other. 

Opening the tournament on Friday at 1pm will be St. Thomas More and Devin Ebanks as they go up against Massanutten Military Academy.  The night session will be highlighted by a fantastic doubleheader featuring the Winchendon School versus Hargrave Military Academy at 6pm.  At 8pm the three time defending NEPSAC champions Bridgton Academy will take on the Patterson School. 

The marquee match-up on Saturday will take place when two future NBA players lead their respective teams into action as Winchendon and John Riek face Tyreke Evans and his American Christian team at 3pm.  Earlier in the day Notre Dame Prep will take on Hargrave Military Academy at 10:30am in a game that is bound to get college coaches out of bed early.  South Kent and Findlay Prep will round out the day as the lock up at 9pm. 

Worcester Academy and Lee Academy will get things going at 10am on Sunday.  At 11:30 the day’s highlighted game will feature Brewster Academy and Arizona bound power forward Emmanuel Negedu going up against the Patterson School.
